Public Liability Insurance – This will protect you from any liabilities from a Third Party (other than your employees) bodily injury or damage to their property that may occur during the normal operation of your business.
Products Liability Insurance – This will protect you from any liabilities from a Third Party bodily injury (other than your employees) or damage to their property that may occur from products you sold or supplied.
Limit of Indemnity €6.5 million for any one loss and unlimited in the period of insurance ( Public and Products Liability)
Employers Liability Insurance – If your Allied Trades business employs any staff, including part-time staff, trainees or sub-contractors it is essential that you have this cover.
Limit of Indemnity €13 million (Including costs, fees and expenses) for any one claim or series of claims arising out of one cause and unlimited in the period of insurance.
Working directors can be considered to be employees for the purposes of the Employers Liability section of the policy where the insured is a Limited Company
